As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Los Angeles. You will ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively. Your main duties will include managing staff, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and ensuring that food quality meets our high standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar supervisory position. You must have excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with both staff and customers. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset are also essential.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met at all times
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss goals, performance, and improvements
- Create work schedules that meet business needs while adhering to labor laws
- Manage budgets and control costs to maximize profits

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar supervisory role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
