Restaurant Manager - Los Angeles


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As the leader of our restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise all front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Monitor and maintain all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue while controlling costs
- Create and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth flow of food preparation and timely delivery of orders
- Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and payroll management

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam or Filipino languages is a plus)
- Proven track record in increasing sales and managing budgets effectively
- Knowledgeable about food safety regulations and best practices in the industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
