We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Atlanta. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring efficient operation of the business. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office paperwork, including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for team members
- Assist with document preparation, such as creating reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the office

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to legally work in the US without sponsorship

Preference:
While we welcome all applicants regardless of nationality or location, preference will be given to candidates who are Egyptian or Nepali due to their familiarity with Arabic or Nepali languages.
