Electrical Engineer

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining electrical systems and components for various projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safety, reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical engineering and a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month, including accommodation. We also provide free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and test electrical systems for various projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new projects
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications and reports
- Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Troubleshoot issues with existing electrical systems and recommend solutions
- Provide technical support to clients during installation and commissioning processes
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in electrical engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Electrical Engineer in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, standards and regulations
- Proficient in using CAD software for technical drawings
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on renewable energy projects
- Knowledge of PLC programming
- Familiarity with AutoCAD
