Part-Time Industrial Architect

As a part-time Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for creating and designing industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and expectations
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints using CAD software
- Ensure designs are compliant with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor construction progress to ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on client feedback or site limitations
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs
