We are currently hiring an experienced Administrator to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations and supporting our staff in delivering high-quality services to our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assist with drafting and editing documents and reports
- Maintain records, databases, and filing systems
- Order office supplies and equipment as needed
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
