Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffees, teas, and specialty drinks with speed and precision
- Ensure high quality standards for all beverages, consistently following recipes and maintaining presentation
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies to ensure availability for customers
- Educate customers on our coffee offerings and make personalized recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as our cafe is open daily
- Must have strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset
