Junior Commercial Architect


We are hiring a Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Utena! As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, creating detailed architectural plans, and managing the construction process to ensure that the final product meets all requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Prior experience in commercial architecture preferred
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision for the project and gather necessary information
- Create detailed architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure designs are feasible and meet all requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Oversee construction progress to ensure that it aligns with the approved plans
- Address any issues or changes that arise during the construction process
- Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on the project's status

Salary: $1400 per month
