Part-time Teamlead in Gujrat with Accommodation

Our growing company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Gujrat on a part-time basis. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees, ensuring efficient and effective workflow, and providing support and guidance to team members.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss goals, progress, and concerns
- Provide support to team members by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering guidance when needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Teamlead or similar role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with team members
- Proficient in time management and prioritization
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Salary: $1200 per month (part-time)
