As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects in Faisalabad, Pakistan. You will work closely with clients and team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire life cycle of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Review and approve construction drawings and materials to ensure quality control
- Ensure projects adhere to local building codes and regulations
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders including clients, contractors, and company executives
- Identify potential issues or challenges during the project life cycle and provide effective solutions
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple architectural projects
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Faisalabad
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
