Construction Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our building projects in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, with the ability to effectively lead and coordinate teams to ensure timely and successful completion of projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations
- Manage resources and materials efficiently
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards success
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Prior experience working on commercial or industrial building projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Fluency in Urdu (nationality preference)
