Mason - Al-Rayyan, Qatar



We are seeking experienced Masons to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures such as walls, floors, and foundations using materials like brick, concrete, and stone.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to determine the layout and specifications of structures
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, chalk lines or marking gauges
- Mix mortar or grout according to standard formulas and spread it onto surfaces using trowels
- Lay bricks or other masonry units to build walls, arches or other structures
- Cut or saw bricks to fit into corners or around obstacles using hand tools, power tools or masonry saws
- Repair cracks or other damage in existing masonry work by filling them with mortar or grout
- Clean excess mortar from surfaces of bricks using sponges or trowels

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason
- Ability to read blueprints and building plans
- Knowledge of mixing ratios for mortar and grout
- Familiarity with different types of masonry materials
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $900 per month.

This job is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.
