Retail Merchandiser



We are hiring a Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Egypt. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in stores in a visually appealing and organized manner. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective merchandising strategies that drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans for various retail stores
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure products are displayed according to planograms
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and communicate any stock issues to the sales team
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create promotional displays and campaigns
- Monitor competitor's activities and provide insights for improving our own merchandising strategies
- Build strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and other stakeholders
- Train store staff on product knowledge and proper merchandising techniques
- Ensure compliance with company standards for product placement, pricing, and signage
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Retail Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles is preferred
- Familiarity with retail systems such as planograms, inventory management, etc.
- Fluency in English is required
- Must have own visa
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Must be able to work without accommodation

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
