Entry-Level Baker (Contract)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Entry-Level Baker to join our team on a contract basis. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Knead, roll, cut, shape, and decorate dough for various baked goods
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate finished products with icings, glazes, and toppings
- Maintain a clean and organized baking area
- Follow food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

- No prior experience required but some knowledge of baking techniques is preferred
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Flexibility to work early mornings or late evenings as needed
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
