Architectural Technologist - Chelyabinsk, Russia

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, from initial concept to final construction. You will work closely with architects and engineers to create detailed plans and drawings, as well as conduct site visits and inspections.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural technology
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects
- Create detailed plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on project designs
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with plans and codes
- Research materials and building systems to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month. Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate.
