Indian Concierge



We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Indian Concierge to join our team in Bungoma. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong knowledge of the local area.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and services
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and tidy at all times
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests and preferences
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred (open to other nationalities)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry (concierge experience is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, attractions, and transportation options
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. However, the candidate must be available to work on weekends or evenings as needed.
