Milling Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator with experience in operating and maintaining milling machines. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints. The role will involve setting up, adjusting, and operating milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. The operator will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production, performing routine maintenance on the machines, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to produce precision parts
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machine settings
- Adjust machine controls to correct errors or deviations from specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed for quality control
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production process
- Perform routine maintenance on milling machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Milling Machine Operator
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings/blueprints
- Familiarity with various types of milling machines and their operation
- Ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed for quality control purposes
- Good time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials if needed
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Dubrovnik, Croatia (with accommodation provided)

Visa Sponsorship: Free visa sponsorship will be provided for non-EU candidates.

Ticket Sponsorship: Round-trip ticket will be provided for non-local candidates.
