We are seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Online Consultant, you will provide virtual support and assistance to clients through various communication channels including email, chat, and phone. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through email, chat, and phone.
- Provide accurate information about products and services offered.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Build rapport with clients to promote customer loyalty.

Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Compensation:
This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation can also be provided for those who require it.
