Sales Manager - Vilnius, Lithuania (Indian candidates preferred)



We are a dynamic and growing company in Vilnius seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. We are specifically looking for Indian candidates who are fluent in English and have a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the game
- Train and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month plus commission based on performance. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
