Sales Manager for English Speaking Market in Vilnius

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales in the English speaking market, with a focus on Pakistani customers. You will work closely with our marketing and product development teams to develop strategies and tactics to increase sales and build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target the English speaking market, specifically Pakistani customers
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotions targeting the English speaking market
- Monitor industry trends, competition, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies
- Prepare reports on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the English speaking market
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Fluency in Urdu is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Availability for occasional travel within Lithuania or abroad
