Job Title: English Language Teacher


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Language Teacher to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As an English Language Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students of various nationalities, including Indians and Nepalis, in the English language. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$. We welcome candidates with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and deliver interactive lessons to students at different proficiency levels
- Assess students' language skills and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds
- Utilize various teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of individual learners
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and enhance teaching practices
- Monitor student progress and communicate with parents or guardians when necessary
- Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field
- Proven experience as an English Language Teacher, preferably in a multicultural setting
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, writing, and speaking skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods for different learning styles
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching
- Valid work permit or own visa for Kenya
