English Language Teacher


We are seeking a qualified and experienced English Language Teacher to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a language teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English to students of various levels and ages. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. We welcome applicants from all nationalities, but preference will be given to Pakistani candidates who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective and engaging English lessons to students
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes student participation and interaction
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student progress and any concerns
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or diploma in TESOL/TEFL/CELTA
- Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching English as a second language
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners
