Nepali-Speaking Administrator in Ajman, UAE
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Administrator to join our team in Ajman. As an important member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our company. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month and no accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain employee records, including contact information, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of information and tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the company.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for management.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Assist with recruitment process by posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and - [2494] filing documents.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali language is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
