Team Lead - Indian Nationals (Atlanta)


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of individuals towards achieving our company's goals and objectives. Indian nationals are preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve targets and meet deadlines
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Oversee the daily operations of the team
- Monitor individual performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Develop strategies to increase productivity and efficiency
- Train new team members on company processes and procedures
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate others
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
- Must be an Indian national residing in Atlanta with valid work permit

Salary: $900 per month (part-time)
