Information Security Analyst - Las Vegas (Pakistani Nationals)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting the company's sensitive information and systems from cyber threats and attacks. Your main duties will include monitoring network activity, conducting risk assessments, implementing security measures, and providing training to employees on security best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information security principles and technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided, suitable for Pakistani nationals with no English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network activity for potential security breaches
- Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities in systems
- Implement security measures such as firewalls, encryption tools, and intrusion detection systems
- Investigate security incidents and provide timely resolution
- Develop policies and procedures for information security
- Provide training to employees on security awareness and best practices
- Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and recommend appropriate actions
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security
- Strong knowledge of information security principles, standards, technologies, and best practices
- Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, vulnerability scanners, etc.
- Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues quickly
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
