International Sales Manager
Our five-star hotel in Salalah is seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel revenue from international markets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and travel agencies
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our customer base
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide training for the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in a five-star hotel
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Familiarity with international markets, particularly Filipinos and Nepalis preferred
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when necessary
