Junior Architectural Designer in Faisalabad, Pakistan



As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for assisting the senior designers in creating innovative and functional architectural designs. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with minimal experience to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers to create architectural designs that meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards
- Develop detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures for each project
- Prepare presentation materials for client meetings
- Assist in coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience with CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Pakistan
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishes
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month without accommodation.

Location:
This position is located in Faisalabad, Pakistan. Candidates must be willing to work from our office location.

Other Requirements:
Candidates must have a valid biometric passport.
