Florist for a Luxury Flower Shop in Sofia, Bulgaria



We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our luxury flower shop in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings, birthdays, and corporate events
- Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their floral needs
- Maintaining the inventory of fresh flowers and ensuring their quality
- Managing the upkeep of the shop and ensuring it is clean and well-stocked at all times
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with their purchases and answering any questions they may have
- Processing payments and managing the cash register accurately
- Promoting our products and services through social media platforms and other marketing initiatives

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a florist in a similar setting or environment
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care
- Excellent creativity and ability to design unique arrangements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Bulgarian language is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with opportunities for growth within the company. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. However, we do offer free visa sponsorship for foreign employees.
