Senior Architect


We are in need of a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Multan. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept design to construction. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on time while meeting the client's requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design to construction
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide creative solutions
- Develop detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations using relevant software
- Monitor project progress and ensure that it stays within budget and meets deadlines
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following the approved design plans
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
