Dishwasher/ Kitchen Assistant

Our busy restaurant in Faisalabad is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Dishwasher/ Kitchen Assistant to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, washing dishes, and assisting with food prep as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail, and be willing to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Assist with food prep as needed
- Dispose of garbage and recycling properly
- Unload deliveries and stock supplies in designated areas
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or kitchen assistant preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation guidelines is a plus
