Indian Executive Chef in Hawalli, Kuwait


We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and vision
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation according to established recipes and standards
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Develop new dishes and seasonal menu items to keep our offerings fresh and exciting
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation strategies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine, including traditional dishes and modern techniques
- Up-to-date knowledge of food trends, ingredients, and cooking methods
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one for international travel

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position.
