Master Body Repair Technician

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Master Body Repair Technician to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Master Body Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. You will use your expertise to assess the damage, plan the repair process, and use various techniques and tools to fix the body of the vehicle.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of damaged vehicles and create repair plans accordingly.
- Use various hand and power tools to repair and replace damaged parts.
- Straighten bent frames and body panels using specialized equipment.
- Apply fillers, primers, and paint to restore the vehicle's appearance.
- Communicate with customers about repairs, timelines, and costs.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Body Repair Technician.
- Extensive knowledge of different vehicle makes and models.
- Proficiency in using body repair tools such as welding equipment, sanders, grinders, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex repairs to customers.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
