Project Manager - Construction (Las Vegas)



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing construction team in Las Vegas. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Supervise and lead project team members
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be willing to work flexible hours when necessary

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per week.

Location:
This role is based in Las Vegas. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the United States.
