Our luxury hotel in Eldoret, Kenya is seeking a skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and hassle-free.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and events
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other requests for guests
- Handle guest complaints and find solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor guest feedback and make necessary improvements to enhance the overall guest experience

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Nepali is a plus)
- Proven experience as a Concierge or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of local area and attractions
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, with opportunities for growth within the company.
