Online English Tutor (Contract Position)

We are hiring an experienced and passionate Online English Tutor to join our team in Malindi. As an Online English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing virtual instruction to students of various ages and skill levels. This is a contract position, with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting online English lessons using interactive teaching materials
- Assessing students' language proficiency and providing feedback
- Developing customized lesson plans based on students' needs and goals
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly
- Communicating with parents or guardians regarding student performance

Requirements:
- Native or fluent English speaker
- Bachelor's degree in education, linguistics, or related field
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
