Excavator Operator

Our construction company in Vilnius is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to move earth, materials, and equipment as well as performing routine maintenance on the equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator and other heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Conduct pre-operational checks on all equipment before use
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area at all times
- Communicate with team members to ensure project goals are met
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience operating an excavator in a construction setting
- Valid excavator operator license or certification
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and understand grade stakes
- Physically fit with the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
Starting salary of $1800 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

We are looking for an Indian national who is willing to relocate to Vilnius for this full-time position. However, all applicants with relevant experience will be considered.
