A reputable construction company in Malindi is seeking a skilled and experienced Cad Draftsman to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in drafting and design, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings based on project specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and other software to create 2D and 3D models
- Make revisions to designs based on feedback from project managers or clients
- Follow industry standards and building codes when creating drawings
- Maintain organized files for all project drawings and documents

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Cad Draftsman in the construction industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Experience working on construction projects in Kenya
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
