Office Assistant - Lusail, Qatar

We are hiring an Office Assistant for our rapidly growing company in Lusail, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and eager to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a positive attitude
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- File and organize documents as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as tracking expenses and generating reports

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English language skills required, but basic communication skills in Arabic would be an advantage
- No previous experience necessary, we will provide on-the-job training
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel purposes
