We are hiring a talented and creative Florist to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and managing inventory and supplies.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events
- Consult with clients to understand their vision and preferences for floral designs
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all orders are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction
- Manage inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies to ensure a well-stocked shop at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Assist with budgeting and pricing for floral arrangements
- Train and supervise junior florists or interns as needed
- Stay updated on current floral design trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist is preferred but not required
- A passion for flowers and creativity in designing arrangements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Proficiency in basic math for budgeting purposes
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
