Shaper Specialist
As a Shaper Specialist in Pula, you will be responsible for creating and shaping various materials to meet client specifications and needs. You will be working with a team of skilled professionals to ensure the highest quality of work is produced. Your attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Work with a variety of materials including wood, metal, plastic, and other composites
- Use various tools such as saws, grinders, sanders, and other shaping equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings to create precise shapes and sizes
- Collaborate with team members to determine best practices for shaping different materials
- Ensure all finished products meet client specifications and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shaper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different shaping techniques and tools
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if necessary

Preferred:
- Experience working in a woodshop or metal shop environment
Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
