Shaper in Pula, Croatia



We are a well-established company in Pula, Croatia and we are seeking a highly skilled Shaper to join our team. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for creating and shaping materials such as wood, metal or plastic into precise and desired shapes using various tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience in shaping and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints or technical drawings to determine the specifications of the final product
- Use hand tools, power tools and machines to shape materials according to specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Operate saws, grinders, sanders and other equipment to shape materials
- Smooth and finish surfaces of shaped materials using hand tools or machines
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Shaper or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of materials such as wood, metal or plastic
- Familiarity with various shaping tools and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Pula, Croatia

This is a full-time position with free visa sponsorship for non-Croatian candidates. We also provide a ticket allowance for candidates relocating from outside the country.
