Industrial Architect

We require a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This includes creating plans, conducting site evaluations, managing budget and timeline, and ensuring building code compliance. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture, strong knowledge of industrial design principles, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:
- Create detailed plans for industrial buildings and structures
- Conduct site evaluations to determine feasibility of proposed projects
- Ensure building designs meet safety standards and comply with building codes
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to oversee construction process
- Manage budget and timeline for projects
- Make necessary changes to designs based on client feedback or technical issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in materials or technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of industrial design principles
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to travel for site visits as needed

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on international projects
- Fluency in English (spoken & written)
