Industrial Architect - Utena, Lithuania

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, ensuring they are functional, safe, and aesthetically appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and develop design proposals
- Conduct site evaluations to determine the best location for industrial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select appropriate materials and construction methods based on building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet project goals
- Monitor construction progress to ensure it aligns with the design plans
- Make necessary changes or modifications to designs as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
