Database Administrator (Indian Nationals)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team in Las Vegas. As a DBA, you will be responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of our company's databases. You will also work closely with our development team to ensure efficient and effective data storage and retrieval.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain database software
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data
- Collaborate with development team to design database structures for new applications
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as data purging and indexing
- Develop and maintain documentation on database procedures and processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Database Administrator
- Proficiency in SQL query writing, indexing, and performance tuning
- Experience with database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server
- Knowledge of database security best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred:
- Prior experience working with Indian nationals or in an Indian cultural setting
- Knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus

Salary: $1400/month
