Contract Turner (Karachi, Pakistan)



We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Turner to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Contract Turner, you will be responsible for operating lathes and other turning equipment to fabricate metal parts according to specifications. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate lathes, grinders, and other turning equipment
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications
- Measure and mark dimensions and reference points on metal stock
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth production flow
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or similar role
- Proficient in operating lathes, grinders, and other turning equipment
- Strong understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and measurement tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and quality assurance skills
- Good communication skills
