Concierge Assistant

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Concierge Assistant to join our team at our luxury hotel in Gujrat. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with any requests or inquiries they may have during their stay. This is an entry-level position, making it an ideal opportunity for women who are looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Arrange reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other venues
- Assist with luggage handling and delivery to guest rooms
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure they are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Monitor inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Keep track of guest preferences and anticipate their needs during their stay
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service for guests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation systems (e.g. Opera)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1500$. Salary may vary based on experience.
