We are seeking a talented and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and hotels. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs and preferences of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts that align with their vision.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and blueprints for commercial projects.
- Select appropriate materials and finishes based on the project's budget, functionality, and aesthetic goals.
- Work closely with contractors and engineers to ensure that the construction process follows the approved designs.
- Monitor progress throughout all phases of the project, from initial concept to final completion.
- Conduct site visits to assess potential locations for new commercial developments.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with clients and other professionals.
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working on commercial projects is preferred but not required.

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Faisalabad, Pakistan. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are able to obtain their own visa.
