Construction Project Manager


A fast-growing construction company in Manama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project designs are feasible and meet all necessary regulations.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety measures are being followed.
- Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment needed for each project.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, expenses, and changes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this contract position. Other benefits include annual leave and medical insurance.

Location:
This position is based in Manama. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport for employment eligibility.
