We are a busy bakery located in the heart of Los Angeles, and we are currently searching for a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious pastries and breads for our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bakery kitchen, as well as ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of pastries and breads following recipes accurately
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate pastries with creative designs and toppings
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Clean and organize workstations and equipment after each use
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient production flow

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of doughs, fillings, icings, etc.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust them if needed
- Creativity in decorating pastries with unique designs
- Strong attention to detail in measuring ingredients accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per week.
