Restaurant Manager - Bansko, Bulgaria



We are looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of staff.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Maintain high levels of customer service by greeting and interacting with customers, handling any complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure they are properly trained in all aspects of their job duties
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supply levels while minimizing waste
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must have legal authorization to work in Bulgaria
